Challenge: The company RTTT came to us for a new website. However, we quickly realized that the obstacles they faced in the marketplace required a thorough analysis of their marketing, branding and strategic fundamentals.

Solution: We worked with our clients to completely re-structure their marketing approach and brand positioning; we changed the name of the company from RTTT to Lumineye, created a new brand identity,

and built a website that radically re-defined how they showcase their products. In addition, we helped them simplify and streamline their product launch functionality to allow for an easier user experience.

Results: The site has only received a soft launch, but Lumineye has been so ecstatic with the work that the company has recently asked us to assist with future product and application design and spearhead marketing efforts.

Challenge: E*TRADE was having difficulties distinguishing itself in the marketplace, especially in the midst of a global economic meltdown.

Solution: While working at Grey New York, our creative leaders were instrumental in creating a wide array of integrated work for E*TRADE that injected fun and mass appeal into an otherwise stodgy category. Our leaders created several of the infamous E*TRADE baby TV ads, viral videos and the E*TRADE BabyMail app.

In addition, they created dozens of banners, marquees, print ads, product TV spots and other materials, which helped make E*TRADE the most successful and talked about brand in the financial services industry.

Results: Over 10MM dollars in free media. 17% increase in Facebook Fans. 28% increase in YouTube subscribers. Over 1.5MM BabyMail messages sent. 26% lift in site visits. 19% lift in account applications.

Challenge: Ookla had a constantly evolving mountain of data that could help people determine their download, upload, and connectivity speeds. Unfortunately, Net Index, the website Ookla utilized to publicly showcase the data, was inflexible, thereby rendering the data useless for visitors.

Solution: Smart design beautifies and intelligent functionality clarifies; when one informs the other, we’re able to create an ideal user experience. So we developed a single-page site with an

interactive global map as the centerpiece and introduced easily customizable information modules to make the data relevant and flexible for users.

Results: Our innovative design solution allows millions of pieces of ever-changing data to be easily accessed and organized on one page. Ookla has been so impressed with the site —currently in the final stages of BETA testing—the company has asked us to aid in the development of all of their future online properties.

Challenge: The Hercules Trophy, popular in Europe and the Middle East, was getting ready to stage its first event in the United States and needed a bold idea to introduce it to the North American market.

Solution: We developed the Action-Packed Business Day campaign, which utilized action movie motifs, language and imagery for all of the signage and collateral for the day’s events.

Results: The signage we developed made a huge impact during the event, as well as online, where it garnered tens of thousands of “likes,” tweets, re-tweets, and blog mentions in a matter of days. The idea and execution were so universally praised by participants and global partners that the client asked us to handle all of their future US and global marketing efforts.

Challenge: Samsung had no integrated mechanism for its sales force to record transactions with prospective wholesale buyers who wanted product samples. This led to a siloing of information and, in turn, created three distinct problems: redundancies in prospective client outreach, territorial disputes among salespeople, and crippling inefficiencies in getting samples to buyers.

Solution: We created an intuitive, multi-platform tool that recorded transactions as they were being made, so other salespeople, and

distribution centers, could view who was selling what to whom and when in real-time.

Results: Better communication and coordination leads to more successful and profitable relationships, and sometimes, all it takes is one smartly designed piece of technology to make it happen. Our customized tool successfully eliminated redundancies, put an end to territorial disputes amongst the salesforce, and guaranteed interested buyers quick, efficient, and accurate transactions.

Challenge: WatchIt’s idea for a universal movie queue was great, but their site was difficult to navigate, and WatchIt had no online presence beyond its central domain. The company needed some marketing muscle combined with serious tech savvy to get users engaged.

Solution: We restructured and redesigned the site, radically improving user-control and functionality. We also created a custom-built mobile app and developed a WatchIt Browser Bar tool that allows users to

add movies to their queue from any website. We also re-designed WatchIt’s logo, expanded its marketing presence with innovative ad buys, and bolstered WatchIt’s presence in social media.

Results: Bottom line — WatchIt users are growing exponentially every month. And over the past year, WatchIt has continuously asked Cardwell Beach to work on virtually everything having to do with the brand, its site, application development, marketing strategy and more.

Challenge: Fig Food was a few months away from launching their new line of organic soups and had no online presence.

Solution: With limited time, we created an engaging site that allows the company’s fast-growing list of fans to learn about the brand. In addition, we leveraged owned media to encourage interaction among fans, highlight promotions, and nurture conversations about

healthy living and the environment in order to engage with a wider pool of potential converts.

Results: Fig Food was so happy with the increased engagement from their fans & steady increase of new followers, the company asked us to create & oversee the company’s integrated marketing strategy & begin development on their first national advertising campaign.

Challenge: Wind Analytics had incredible hardware, groundbreaking technology and reams of raw information. What they didn’t have, however, was a smart and efficient online method of getting their products into the marketplace.

Solution: Cardwell Beach developed a website that perfectly married education with e-commerce. Its user-friendly interface takes

prospective buyers through the step-by-step process of evaluating power needs, identifying appropriate turbine models, determining their placement and positioning, providing consultation and oversight, and helping people complete their purchase.

Results: Wind Analytics now has a robust presence online and a roster of major clients including: U.S. Army, Johnson & Johnson, PNC, and New York University.
