Burger Bistro served amazing food, but their brand felt old-fashioned and they had trouble converting their marketing dollars into paying customers.
We re-branded Burger Bistro from top to bottom: logo, signage, menus, website, collateral, and more. Then we launched an aggressively disciplined social effort to get butts in the seats—geo-targeted ads featuring an array of different deals that would appeal to specific demographics at peak times. Finally, we built a custom online ordering interface on GrubHub in order to increase online sales without sacrificing margin to Seamless.
Our branding and marketing overhaul created a massive surge in sales: in the first few months after launch, the average weekly ROI was 3200% based on increased revenue. (And no, that’s not a typo.)
