Access Physical Therapy is a fast-growing physical and occupational therapy provider based in the Northeast. They specialize in helping hospitals and healthcare systems provide efficient, effective, and evidence-based therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The Challenge:

Strong Pitch Needs Strong Presentation

Access turned to CB to update their visual brand and identity, and then use that new look and feel to restructure and redesign their pitch materials.

While Access had a compelling and well-researched in-person pitch to hospital systems and other large-scale clients, they felt their pitch deck and other materials didn’t reflect the proven success of their brand.

The Solution:

Focus on the Essential

We worked with Access leadership to translate their existing style guide into clean and eye-catching collateral that would help them stand apart from the competition during pitch meetings.

Because Access executives were already delivering a compelling pitch for their services, we needed to make sure their pitch deck also hit the mark. To do this, we focused on the essential features that set them apart—including proven results and a repeatable model—while trimming away at non-essential data points.

Ultimately our role was to help Access hone an already-successful pitch to make choosing their services an obvious choice for busy hospital administrators.

The CREATIVE:

Creating a Flexible Brand

Just like their patients, the Access brand needed to be flexible enough to meet any moment. We imbued their existing brand with a renewed focus on visual design, including an updated pitch deck that supported their strong in-person performance.

Brand Refresh

The Access visual brand was already supported by a comprehensive style guide. Our role was to translate that high-level guidance into material that connected with potential clients.

As we designed new collateral for Access leadership, we were careful to incorporate key elements from their style guide, including brand colors and photography standards, while adding new touches. Among our new design approach included an image and icon grid that echoed the core checkmark symbol used throughout their branding. This allowed us to experiment with new and visually appealing adaptations of the existing style.
